「自助模式壓力管理系列 (焦慮篇)」課程極盡發揮其宗旨,教導學員了解自己,了解精神上的困擾,從而先自助脫困,再向身邊的人提供援助和資訊,很值得繼續開辦此類課程。兩位講者極富經驗,並且提供很恰當的意見和指導,課程也很恰當。希望繼續有相關課程開辦。
 
幫助我更加了解自己,亦加深認識解決情緒問題方法。
 
很感謝各老師尤其張希寧女士和林崇綏博士盡心盡意盡力的教導及演繹,特別是林博士在手術後仍極力及盡責出席教導學員,很專業。覺得自己因婚姻及往事引致的情緒波動的關鍵時刻能遇上這適時適切的課程很感恩。很感謝課程 is beyond theory and example. There is passion between lecturers and students which enrich our knowledge of self help and therapy and hope CUSCS can provide more resources to further extend in other aspect of psychiatric disorders and also re-launch on regular interval and subsidize some under-privilege students who has this problems so that they can help themselves permanently in not costly manner. We can feel the love the lecturers impact to us and also the mission they are entrusted can be successfully be transmitted, manifested and vividly exemplified and delivered.The lecturers are articulate and the course is informative. The sharing between students are so frankly and heartfelt. And all such experiences and such specially designed program and the efforts of all parties who brought this course in exist once will definitely be long-remembered and recalled by the participants.
 
我覺得這個課程令我獲益良多,能幫助我面對繁重的工作而帶來的負面情緒及焦慮。希望中大能繼續舉辦這個課程,幫助更多有需要的人,促進個人以致社會、家庭的和諧及健康﹗祝願這個課程祝福、幫助、拯救更多人﹗
 
課程內容能針對壓力導致焦慮的解決,疏導辦法有多方面的提供專業意見。導師專業、教導態度熱誠、親切用心。值得推介給其他人。
 
我認為這個課程的好處是邀請了很多不同方面的專家,例如︰醫生、過來人等讓此課程內容更豐富,讓學員可吸收更多方面的知識。可改善的地方是教學方式可更有趣,多交流及互動,使學員可更投入課程。

The course is concise and comprehensive. Facilitators are generous to share with us their life experience. Learning atmosphere is good. Related issues/subjects were also introduced such as legal and privacy ordinance. In sum, very worth taking and recommending to friends.
