Li Chun was the first generation of Chinese college student after the Cultural Revolution. He started his first job at Mitsui & Co. (China), Ltd in 1982 in sales of industrial and home appliances, electronics and network equipment. He then switched to the Business Development Department as the manager in 1991 and focused on investment in local telecom networks and partnership with Chinese telecom carriers. In 1998 he founded his own communication company focusing on investment and partnership with the local telecom carriers. His invested technology project was recognized and purchased by a worldwide well-known company.

His twenty-nine years of sales and marketing experience in China will help UpPotential’s positioning in the mainland market.
