Black Pepper Steak
Ingredients:
2 pieces sirloin or ribeye steak, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp French mustard
Procedures:
Mix together salt, black pepper and mustard
Spread mixture evenly on steaks
Melt butter in flat frying pan over medium heat
Add steaks and pan fry over medium/ high heat for 2 minutes on each side
Let steaks stand for 5 minutes before serving
