Black Pepper Steak
Ingredients:

2 pieces sirloin or ribeye steak, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp French mustard

Procedures:
  1. Mix together salt, black pepper and mustard
  2. Spread mixture evenly on steaks
  3. Melt butter in flat frying pan over medium heat
  4. Add steaks and pan fry over medium/ high heat for 2 minutes on each side
  5. Let steaks stand for 5 minutes before serving
