Braised Pork Loin in Milk
Ingredients:

1 piece of pork loin about 1 kg, 750 ml fresh milk, 20 ml olive oil, 4 clove garlic, Juice and grated zest of one lemon, Salt and black pepper to taste

Procedures:
  1. Clean pork loin and pat dry
  2. Heat olive oil in flat bottom pan
  3. Add pork loin and brown evenly on all sides
  4. Add seasoning and milk, bring to boil, add chopped garlic and lemon juice and zest
  5. Cover lid and place in preheated 180c oven and cook for about one hour to 1 ΒΌ hour until thoroughly cooked
  6. Turn meat over from time to time while cooking
  7. Remove pork loin from oven and let stand for 10 minutes
  8. Slice pork, pour sauce over and serve
