Caesar Salad
Ingredients:

500g Romaine lettuce, washed and drained, 150 ml caesar dressing, ¼ piece French baguette, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 50 ml olive oil, Salt & black pepper to taste

Ingredients for Caesar dressing :

2 egg yolk, 10 ml Dijon mustard, 30 ml balsamic vinegar, 250 ml olive oil, 40 ml parmesan cheese, grated, 3 pcs anchovies , finely chopped, 2 clove garlic , finely chopped, freshly grind black pepper, A pinch of salt

Procedures for Caesar dressing:
  1. Whisk the egg yolk with mustard and vinegar
  2. Add in the oil gradually while whisking until dressing is smooth
  3. Add cheese, anchovies and garlic , mix well and season to taste
Procedures:
  1. Heat olive oil add garlic and bread , cook until golden, discard garlic and set aside
  2. Cut lettuce into 2” long pieces
  3. Toss lettuce with dressing , add bread pieces and serve
