Italian vegetable soup
Ingredients:

3 tsp Olive oil, 100 g Green peas, 1 can tomato paste, 1 each of carrot, potato, and onion, 1 stick of American celery, 1L water or chicken stock, Chopped parsley for garnishing, Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
  1. Cut all vegetable into small cubes
  2. Fried onion with olive oil , add all other vegetable and tomato paste, mix well
  3. Add water or chicken stock, bring to the boil, cook in medium heat until potato is soft.
  4. Add salt to taste & parsley for garnishing.
