Japanese Style Vegetarian Hotpot
Ingredients:

1 large daikon cut into thick slices, 50 g snow peas, 50 g fresh mushrooms cut into thick slices, ½ can of bamboo shoots cut into thick slices, 3 stems green Chinese cabbage, 1 large egg, 1 cup bean sprouts, 2-3 slice of ginger, 750 ml water, 1 tsp olive oil, Pinch of salt

Procedures:
  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Add oil and all vegetable ingredients and boil for 20 minutes
  3. Add egg and salt
