100 g Kale shoots, ½ Red bell pepper, ½ Red onion, 1 Tomato, ½ Cucumber, ½ Apple, ½ Italian Buffalo cheese, 1 tbsp Pine nuts or walnuts, 4 tsp Virgin olive oil, Salt & black pepper to taste
Procedures:
Wash all vegetables & fruit and cut into strips
Cut Buffalo cheese into slices
Place all vegetables & fruits in a mixing bowl
Add kale shoots , olive oil , salt & black pepper, toss & serve
