Mixed Vegetable Soup (Vegetarian)
Ingredients:

300g beet root, 4 large ripe tomatoes, 2 large onions, 2 large potatoes, 300g cabbage, 300g pumpkin, 75g lentil beans, 2 bay leaves, 2 slice ginger, 1 to 1.5L water, Salt

Procedures:
  1. Wash and cut ingredients into thick slices
  2. Cook all ingredients except pumpkin in high heat to bring to a boil
  3. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 45 minutes
  4. Add pumpkin and cook for a further 30 to 45 minutes
  5. Season with salt to taste
