Mussels in White Wine Sauce
Ingredients:

1kg Fresh mussels, cleaned and drained, 50g Butter, 30g Shallots, minced, 300ml Dry white wine, 20ml Parsley, chopped, Salt and freshly grind black pepper to taste

Ingredients for Salad dressing :

200ml Olive oil, 50ml Fresh orange juice, 20ml Sugar, 30ml Lemon juice, ½ Grated orange peel, Salt

Procedures:
  1. Saute minced shallots in a deep frying pan until soft.
  2. Add wine and parsley, bring to boil.
  3. Add mussels, cover with lid and simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the mussel shells open.
  4. Transfer mussels to a plate and pour sauce on top.
  5. Serve with French bread.
