Palm Melon Soup
Ingredients:

500g Palm melon, 30g Brow beans, 80g Dried lily flowers, 6 Dried dates, 6 Dried figs, 1 small piece of dried orange peel, 1.5 liter water,

Procedures:
  1. Wash palm melon and cut into thick pieces
  2. Remove stones from dates
  3. Soak dried orange peel and scrape clean the inner side
  4. Cook all ingredients with 1.5 liter water in high heat to bring to a boil
  5. Reduce to medium/low heat and cook for 1 ½ hours to 2 hours
  6. Season with salt to taste
