Pan Fried Fish Fillet with Bacon
Ingredients:

2 sole fillet, 2 pieces of bacon, 3 tsp olive oil, Salt & black pepper to taste

Sauce ingredients:

3 tbsp mayonnaise, Juice of 1 lemon

Procedures:
  1. Mix mustard, salt & black pepper
  2. Spread mustard mixture on lamb chops
  3. Use a flat bottom frying pan, add olive oil, cook in medium high heat
  4. Add lamb chops and sprinkle each with a little brown sugar on both sides, cook for about 1 ½ minutes on each side
  5. Can be served with mint sauce and mustard
