Pan Fried Lamb Chops
Ingredients:

4 lamb chops, 2 tsp French mustard, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tsp olive oil

Procedures:
  1. Mix mustard, salt & black pepper
  2. Spread mustard mixture on lamb chops
  3. Use a flat bottom frying pan, add olive oil, cook in medium high heat
  4. Add lamb chops and sprinkle each with a little brown sugar on both sides, cook for about 1 ½ minutes on each side
  5. Can be served with mint sauce and mustard
Note:

Cooking time can be adjusted according to personal taste and thickness of the chops.
