Papaya & Black Fungus Soup
Ingredients:

1 papaya 700g to 800g, 15g dried black tree fungus, 20g dried white fungus, 50g dried walnut, 8 pecs dried mushrooms, 2 sweetened dates, 5 dried red dates, 10 cups water

Procedures:
  1. Wash black fungus and soak in hot water until soft, cut into thin strips
  2. Wash dried mushrooms and soak in warm water until soft, cut into thin strips
  3. Remove stones from red dates and sweetened dates
  4. Soak white fungus until soft
  5. Skin papaya and cut into think pieces , set aside
  6. Cook all ingredients , except the papaya , with water in high heat to bring to a boil
  7. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for one hour
  8. Add papaya and cook for another 30 minutes
  9. Season with salt to taste
