Prawn Cocktail
Ingredients (for 4):

24 pcs medium size prawns, cooked, peeled and remove veins, Iceberg lettuce, shredded, 60g Tomato, diced, 250 ml cocktail sauce

Ingredients for cocktail sauce:

200 ml mayonnaise, 50 ml tomato sauce, 10 ml H & P sauce, Lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Salt & black pepper to taste

Procedures for cocktail Sauce :

Mix all sauce ingredients together , season with salt & black pepper

Procedures:
  1. Place shredded lettuce evenly in 4 martini glasses
  2. Add 6 prawns to each glass with tails hanging over the edge of the glass
  3. Spoon sauce over , garnish with diced tomato & lemon slices
