Rice Porridge with 4 kinds of Beans
Ingredients:

½ cup each of black glutinous rice and millet, ½ bowl each of pumpkin cubes and sweet corn, 2 tbsp of dried Long Yan, 2 tbsp each of black beans, red beans, mung beans and brow beans

Procedures:
  1. Soak back beans, red beans, mung beans and brow beans in water overnight
  2. Drain and rinse well
  3. Put ingredients in a pot, add water and bring to a boil
  4. Continue to cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours in medium heat until soft
  5. Add salt or sugar to taste
