½ cup each of black glutinous rice and millet, ½ bowl each of pumpkin cubes and sweet corn, 2 tbsp of dried Long Yan, 2 tbsp each of black beans, red beans, mung beans and brow beans
Procedures:
Soak back beans, red beans, mung beans and brow beans in water overnight
Drain and rinse well
Put ingredients in a pot, add water and bring to a boil
Continue to cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours in medium heat until soft
