Seven Treasure Soup
Ingredients:

6 dried mushrooms, 600g pumpkin, 2 pec. sweet corn, 80g dried chestnut, 80g dried cashew nuts, 80g eye lid beans, 6 dried dates, 1 – 1 ½ liter water, Salt

Procedures:
  1. Cut pumpkin in thick pieces/li>
  2. Cut each sweet corn into 3 sections
  3. Remove stone of dates
  4. Remove skin of chestnuts
  5. Cook all ingredients with 1 to 1 ½ liter of water in high heat to bring to a boil
  6. Reduce to medium low heat to cook for about 1 ½ to 2 hours
  7. Season with salt to taste
