Soy Bean Paste Sandwich
Ingredients:

2 slices whole wheat bread or rye bread, 1/3 cup frozen soy bean off the shell, 1/8 cup walnuts, chopped, 3 fresh pepper mint leaves, chopped, ¼ medium size tomato, diced ¼ medium size cucumber. diced, ¾ tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, Pinch of salt

Procedures:
  1. Put soy beans in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes and drain
  2. Mix soy beans with all other ingredients and place in between the 2 slices of bread
