Steamed Egg Custard with Spring Onion
Ingredients:

3 large eggs, 2 small dried mushrooms, 1 stem of scallion, Pre-boiled cold water 200ml Some light soy sauce

Procedures:
  1. Soak mushroom until soft
  2. Finely chopped scallion
  3. Beat eggs with water , add mushroom and spring onion
  4. Steam in medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes
  5. Season with some light soy sauce
