4 large hard boiled eggs, 1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, 2 tsp mayonnaise sauce, ½ tsp French mustard, Salt & black pepper to taste, Paprika for garnishing
Procedures:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks & set aside
Combine egg yolks with mayonnaise , mustard, parsley , salt and pepper and mix well
Fill each egg white half with 1 tsp egg yolk mixture
