Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients:

4 large hard boiled eggs, 1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, 2 tsp mayonnaise sauce, ½ tsp French mustard, Salt & black pepper to taste, Paprika for garnishing

Procedures:
  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks & set aside
  2. Combine egg yolks with mayonnaise , mustard, parsley , salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Fill each egg white half with 1 tsp egg yolk mixture
  4. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve
