Tomato & Soy Bean Sprout Soup
Ingredients:

4 large ripe tomatoes, 500g soy bean sprouts, 1 potato, 2 slices ginger, 1L water, Salt

Procedures:
  1. Cut tomatoes and potato into thick pieces
  2. Cook all ingredients with 1L of water in high heat to bring to a boil
  3. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for one hour
  4. Season with salt to taste
