Vegetarian Food

More and more people are becoming vegetarians nowadays, some are full time vegetarians and some do it a few days a week for health reasons.  Vegetarians commonly do not eat meat and poultry,  some would avoid seafood and dairy products as well. The more straight vegetarians do not eat any animal related foods.  The recipes we offer here are mostly with vegetables and plant based ingredients. You can modify it with other ingredients to your liking.
